Refund policy

How to return or exchange:

We now offer 'Self Service' returns. Please log in at the top right hand corner and enter the email address you used to place your original order.

You will be prompted with a code to log in. Once there, you can request a return on the items within the order you placed. Here, you can add a return reason and whether you want an exchange, refund or other information.

Once submitted, this will be sent to us for approval. We will then send you your return details. 

You can expect to receive your replacement / exchange and/or refund credit within two to three weeks after you post the original goods back to us.


Please note if you are exchanging your garment(s) for a different size, this will incur a $7 postage fee for the return of your new garment(s).

We suggest that you always retain proof of postage. Please note that goods are returned to us at your own expense unless we have made an error with you order.
